You may arrive carrying more than you realized and somewhere between the waters, the ancient stones, the green hills and the quiet moments with the land, begin to feel a little lighter.Because perhaps the magic of Avalon isn't something we are meant to understand only with the mind. It is something we are meant to feel through the heart and body. And perhaps that is the magic of journeying to a land known as the heart chakra of the Earth: as you walk upon her heart, your own heart begins to remember how to open, too.

There is something powerful about travelling to sacred lands, places that have held prayer, pilgrimage, ceremony and devotion for centuries. In spiritual traditions, places where ley lines meet are sometimes understood as energetic portals, where the energy of the land is believed to feel especially potent. And Avalon is filled with places like this. Perhaps this is why so many people describe feeling different here: lighter, more open, more connected to themselves and to something greater. When we step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a landscape that has been honoured as sacred for generations, something within us can begin to soften.

The land becomes part of the journey. We don't simply come to see Avalon. We come to experience her to walk her ancient pathways, sit upon the Earth, drink from her sacred waters, offer our prayers and allow the land to meet us exactly where we are. There is a kind of magic here that asks you to slow down enough to feel it. And on a land known as the heart chakra of the Earth, perhaps one of the greatest invitations is simply this: to let the land soften you, lighten you, and lead you back to your own heart.

For centuries, seekers, mystics and pilgrims have been drawn to these lands to walk the ancient paths, drink from the sacred waters, climb the Tor and remember something within themselves that perhaps was never truly forgotten.

Today, we know this place as Glastonbury. But beyond the town lives Avalon, an ancient land of sacred waters, myth, mystery and magic, known by many as the heart chakra of the Earth.

There is something about this land that is difficult to put into words until you experience it for yourself. Avalon feels alive. There is a lightness here filled with joy. A feeling that the veil between the seen and unseen becomes just a little thinner. You may find yourself breathing deeper, feeling more present, more open, more connected to your heart and remembering parts of yourself that everyday life can make so easy to forget.

The Goddess is still deeply woven into the spirit of this land. Her presence can be felt through the sacred wells, the waters, the ancient trees, the temples, the stories and the people who continue to honour her. The old ways have not disappeared here. Ancient traditions, ceremony, reverence for the Earth, the cycles of nature and devotion to the sacred are still very much alive.

It is one of the things I find most magical about Avalon: you are not simply learning about the ancient ways you are entering a place where they are still being remembered, honoured and lived. Just as our own bodies hold centres of energy, the Earth herself has a living energetic system. She has a heart. A pulse. A vitality. Pathways of energy moving through her lands and waters. These energetic pathways, often known as ley lines, weave across the landscape, connecting sacred places, ancient sites and the living Earth beneath our feet.

And we are not separate from her. We are invited to enter into relationship with the land to bring our open hearts, our prayers, our intentions and our own gifts. To receive from the Earth, but also to give something back. The Tor, Chalice Well, the sacred White Spring, the red waters, Glastonbury Abbey, ancient trees and hidden places throughout Avalon all invite us to slow down enough to listen.

And perhaps this is where some of Avalon’s deepest healing happens. In a world that can ask so much of us, Avalon invites us back into the heart. Back into beauty. Back into wonder. Back into relationship with the Earth, the sacred and ourselves.

✱ My Personal Story

When Avalon Called Me

The physical symptoms I had been experiencing eased, and personally, some of the things I had been diagnosed with never returned. I can't medically explain why that happened, and I would never promise another person's body will experience what mine did.

I can only share what happened to me.

I felt restored. Alive. Expanded.

And Avalon gave me something else I wasn't expecting.

It taught me how to come home.

For a long time, I struggled to fully ground into the place where I currently live. A part of me always felt like I was searching for somewhere else to call home.

But being held by the land of Avalon somehow taught me how to anchor into the land beneath my own feet.

I came back excited to return home. I found a deeper peace with where I am.

I have always known that part of my purpose is to serve, create, and show up as a guide and leader within my community.

But before Avalon, there was still a part of me that always wanted to leave, searching for the next trip, the next place, the next experience that would temporarily fill me up.

Something shifted when I came home.

For the first time in a long time, I didn't feel that same urgency to escape or search for somewhere else.

I felt grounded. Avalon somehow taught me how to connect more deeply with the land beneath my own feet to find beauty, belonging and sacredness right where I already was.

I still love to travel and experience sacred lands around the world, but I no longer feel like I have to leave home in order to feel full.

Avalon taught me how to journey and how to return home.

I came home able to pour into my work and serve others with a level of devotion and energy I simply hadn't had before.

And my creative fire?

Oh, she came BACK!!!

Honestly, I haven't stopped creating since.

Ideas started flowing. My dreams felt exciting again. I felt more connected to my purpose and more available for everything that wanted to move through me.

Avalon met me during a time when I desperately needed restoration. And somehow, I came home feeling more like myself than I had in a very long time.

That's why I'm returning. And this time, I'm bringing you with me.To introduce you to Avalon, to share this magical land with you and to give you the space to experience what it may awaken within you. Because Avalon met me in exactly the way I needed.

And I can't wait to witness how it meets you.

I had been drawn to Avalon for a long time. I had heard about Glastonbury, felt curious about the land and wanted to visit for years but somehow, it just never happened.

Until it did. And when it did, it was very soul-led. Through dreams, synchronicities and a series of events I honestly couldn't have planned myself, I felt the land calling me. And this time, I listened.

It was time. The story of how I actually ended up in Avalon is kind of crazy and there is so much more to it that I want to save for when we're sitting together in a circle, on the land itself. But what was happening in my life leading up to that journey is a huge part of why Avalon means so much to me. I was burnt out. Depleted. And honestly, I was sad. My desires were so big. My heart and spirit still had so much passion. I had dreams, creations and so much I wanted to give to the world...but my body was struggling to keep up with me. I was experiencing all kinds of physical symptoms. Some had explanations, some didn't. I had even been hospitalized a few times trying to understand what was happening with my body.

I was tired and confused.

Why was this happening to me when there was still so much life I wanted to live?

And then I arrived in Avalon.

My heart opened.

I walked the land.
I drank from the sacred waters.
I bathed in them.
I allowed myself to be purified by them.
I slowed down.
I received.

And when I returned home, it felt like my vitality had returned with me.
